INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - A teacher accused of having a sexual relationship with a student and giving another student a gun is bonding out of jail. She had her first court appearance on Thursday.
It was the initial hearing for Kathryn Hagan.
She resigned from her job at Franklin Central High School when the accusations came out a month ago.
Those accusations include having sex with a 17-year-old boy and giving him prescription drugs. Prosecutors also say she bought a gun for another teen knowing he was going to use it to rob another student.
Hagan faces several charges including child seduction and conspiracy. Her bond was set at $25,000. She hired an attorney and is expected back in court next month.
