ANDERSON, Ind. — A Fishers man died after being hit by a car in the parking lot of a casino in Anderson Saturday night.
Anderson police said 71-year-old Steven Rubenstein was hit by an SUV around 7:30 p.m. Jan. 13 outside of Harrah's Hoosier Park Racing & Casino, located at 4500 Dan Patch Circle.
Police said Rubenstein suffered severe injuries and later died after being transported to an Indianapolis hospital.
Police said the 56-year-old driver of the striking SUV was not injured.
