INDIANAPOLIS — First responders were called to a fire at a downtown Indianapolis restaurant early Wednesday morning.
Dispatch records show the fire at White Castle, 55 West South Street, was reported at 12:52 a.m. as a building alarm.
The business is located just east of Lucas Oil Stadium.
The Indianapolis Fire Department hasn't shared details about the blaze, but a 13News camera captured video of a large number of fire trucks, including aerial apparatus, surrounding the building as flames and heavy smoke appeared on the restaurant's roof.
This is a developing story. It will be updated as additional information becomes available.
