INDIANAPOLIS — A fire Monday afternoon forced the temporary closure of a Mexican restaurant on Indianapolis' northwest side.
The fire was reported around 3:45 p.m. Sept. 9 at the Luciana's Mexican Restaurant in the 5900 block of West 86th Street, near Interstate 465.
According to the Pike Township Fire Department, responding crews were able to contain the fire without significant difficulty, but the restaurant was closed due to water damage inside.
No injuries were reported from the fire, the cause of which is under investigation.
