The crash happened around 9 p.m. Tuesday on the north side of Indianapolis.

INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis Fire Department vehicle was involved in a crash Tuesday night on Indianapolis' north side.

It happened around 9 p.m. Aug. 6 around 64th and North Meridian streets.

It's not clear right now where the vehicle was headed or if anyone was injured, and 13News is working to learn what led to the crash.

This is the second crash involving IFD in the last few days. Saturday morning, four firefighters were hurt when their truck overturned on the east side. That truck was trying to get around traffic on its way to another crash.
