BEECH GROVE, Ind. — Investigators are looking into the cause of a fire that caused significant damage to two homes in Beech Grove early Friday.
Shortly before 3:30 a.m. Feb. 23, crews were called to the fire in the 300 block of North 17th Avenue, a few blocks north of Troy Street.
The fire started in one house, which sustained the most damage, and spread to a second home. Both homes were occupied at the time of the fire, but everyone made it out unharmed, fire officials told 13News.
The fire was brought under control in a little over 20 minutes. Officials said all those displaced have another place to stay.
