INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) -Women who dance at an adult club in Indianapolis are joining a class-action lawsuit against a national strip club operator accused of exploiting its employees.

The lawsuit names fifteen businesses operated by VCG Holding Corporation, including PT's Showclub on Pendleton Pike on the city's northeast side.

Lawyers claim the company doesn't pay its dancers minimum wage or overtime pay -- and instead makes them pay to be allowed to work.

They say the dancers rely entirely on tips, which they are forced to share with bouncers and DJ's.

The company has not responded to the allegations.
