Hamilton County - A well-known plastic surgeon could lose his driver's license after an arrest in Hamilton County.
A police officer found Dr. Greg Chernoff walking along Avila Way near 116th Street and Allisonville Road in Fishers early Saturday morning.
Police say Chernoff told them he drove to the neighborhood. They say they smelled alcohol on Chernoff, but he refused to take a sobriety test.
Chernoff could lose his driver's license for refusing a field sobriety test.
