Dinosaurs at the Children's Museum of Indianapolis wear Taylor Swift-themed accessories ahead of her Indianapolis concerts

If there's a Swiftie in your family, there will be much more excitement than just the concert here in Indy!

INDIANAPOLIS — The dinosaurs outside the The Children's Museum of Indianapolis have a few new accessories, part of a celebration of Taylor Swift's upcoming Indianapolis performances.

They've got their very own "friendship bracelets" in honor of the entertainer.

The museum has set up the special display ahead of Swift's three shows at Lucas Oil Stadium in November, and they're inviting families to visit to take photos and join in on the "Swiftie" fun.

"I can tell you that our dinos are in their Taylor era. They are super excited about Taylor Swift coming to the city of Indianapolis and we cannot wait for everyone to come and celebrate," said Hyacinth Rucker, a spokesperson for the museum.

The museum is also hosting a few Taylor Swift-themed events ahead of the concerts including a chance to gather with other Swifties to make friendship bracelets. Registration includes all the supplies you'll need. There are four sessions, on Sept. 21 and 22.

You can also take part in a Swiftie "Par-TAY" at the museum. Besides dancing with your fellow Swift fans, you can trade friendship bracelets, make bedazzled slime and see a dress Swift wore in a "Dancing with the Stars" appearance. It happens Nov. 1-3 at various times throughout the day, and the cost is included with your admission or museum membership.

During both of the above events, face painters will be on hand to offer Swift-inspired designs to visitors.
