INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — Davis Homes has unveiled the rendering for the centerpiece home that will be on display at next year's Indianapolis Home Show.
The home is 3,325 square feet and features a gourmet-style kitchen, a three-car garage and a private outdoor porch area with its own outdoor kitchen and water feature. It has three bedrooms, a study, 2.5 bathrooms and a large master suite with a fireplace.. The laundry room also has amenities just for your pets.
In addition to the main living area, the home will have a flex suite attached to it with a separate living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
The home will be built entirely inside the Exposition Hall at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
The 2020 Indianapolis Home Show opens Friday, Jan. 17. It runs through Sunday, Jan. 26. Tickets are $15 for adults and $3 for kids ages 6-12. Kids 5 and younger get in free. Discount tickets can be purchased online ahead of your visit.
