INDIANAPOLIS — A bicyclist was killed in Carmel after a crash involving a vehicle driven by a juvenile Friday.
Carmel police officers responded to the crash around 10 a.m. May 3 at West Main Street and Towne Road. On the scene, officers found an 85-year-old man who had been hit while on his bike and took him to a hospital.
The victim, Gioacchino Muton, died at the hospital.
According to CPD, the vehicle driven by the juvenile male was going south on Towne Road when it hit the man on the bike, who was crossing the road.
The investigation is ongoing.
