INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist on Indianapolis’ northeast side Thursday evening.
According to an IMPD spokesperson, the two-vehicle crash happened around 8:50 p.m. July 18 on Fall Creek Road, near East 79th Street.
Police didn’t provide many details but said the crash involved a collision between a motorcyclist and another vehicle. No other injuries were reported.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene, the spokesperson said.
The Marion County Coroner's Office identified the deceased as 23-year-old Joshua Taylor Crews.
IMPD said the driver of the other vehicle remained at the scene of the crash and is cooperating with investigators.
