Before Saturday's Colts game, a different activity surrounded Lucas Oil Stadium.
It was all about running. Hundreds turned out for the Colts 5K Run, running through downtown and ending at the 50 yard line.
Money raised benefits those getting treatment at the IU Health Simon Cancer Center.
"That fund provides for some of the common, basic, everyday needs that patients have while they're receiving care," explained Dr. Doug Schwartzentruber with IU Health. "Some very simple things like some financial needs or other that are important as part of that whole process of becoming well again."
Runners came from all over the region.
