INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts announced the team is accepting resumes for new candidates for the 2024 season of the Tony Dungy Diversity Fellowship and Harriet P. Irsay Fellowship for Women in Football Program.
Qualified candidates for each fellowship will be interviewed and selected by a committee, which consists of the Irsay family, general manager Chris Ballard, head coach Shane Steichen and other members of the Colts staff.
The Tony Dungy Diversity Fellowship works with diverse and talented football coaching candidates to provide experience to help progress their careers. It's named in honor of Pro Football Hall of Famer Tony Dungy, who is the winningest head coach in Colts history. He also became the first Black head coach to win a Super Bowl in 2007.
