INDIANAPOLIS — Another business is leaving Circle Centre Mall.
Just weeks after Regal UA Circle Centre theatre shut down, Tilt Studio Indianapolis, the arcade and entertainment center on the top floor of the mall, has also closed its doors.
In a statement posted on social media, Tilt Studio, which has locations in at least 11 states across the country, announced its Indianapolis location had officially closed its doors as of Nov. 20.
"We are incredibly grateful to the Indianapolis community for your support and the wonderful memories over the years," the business said in the post.
(NOTE: The video above is from a Nov. 21 report on mall tenants telling 13News they feel "pushed out" ahead of redevelopment.)
Tilt Studio said unused points or tickets can be redeemed at its nearest location in Louisville, Kentucky.
"Thank you for being part of our journey, and we hope to see you at one of our other locations soon!" the business said.
Tilt Studio is the latest in a series of businesses to pack up and leave the downtown property.
In December 2023, Hendricks Commercial Properties announced a $600 million redevelopment project that would gut the inside of the mall and replace it with an outdoor concept. The Wisconsin-based company said it would be done in phases over the next decade.
Hendricks then purchased the mall in April and took over management from Chicago-based JLL.
Last week, 13News spoke with Circle Centre Mall tenants who said they initially felt hopeful about the new investment, but said they now feel "pushed out."
The owner of one business said by their count, 19 stores have left the mall since last December.
