INDIANAPOLIS — Emergency crews are on the scene of a chemical spill on the northeast side of Indianapolis.
Businesses in the immediate area in the 2700 block of North Emerson Avenue south of the spill have been evacuated, and people are asked to avoid the area.
Residents in the area are encouraged to stay inside and shut off their HVAC system.
