NOBLESVILLE, Ind. (WTHR) — Who wouldn't want to try a Bungee Workout?
Lindsay Fuller and Charity Rees won $7,000 to bring their vision to life in January 2018 during a pitch night for local entrepreneurs. The audience voted Fuller and Rees' Aerial Fit2Fly as the winner, and the women hit the ground running.
Two years later, the ladies now have two locations, one in Anderson and another in Noblesville at the Hamilton County Sports Complex.
Various classes are offered at Aerial Fit2Fly, including aerial yoga, yoga trapeze, Kangoo, barre and hip hop step aerobics, but their most unique is the Bungee Workout.
Aerial Fit2Fly is the only licensed Bungee Workout studio in the state. During the class, you wear a harness attached to a bungee cord that will provide assistance and resistance in order to increase your heart rate and endurance, as well as build muscle and burn calories.
