INDIANAPOLIS — One local organization is planning to use their Halloween spirit to help raise money for charity this holiday weekend.
The "Black Hat Society" is a group of "witches" that get together to dress up and help raise money for those in need.
In the past two years, more than $12,000 has been raised for local charities.
The witches will be attending the 77th Historic Irvington Halloween Festival, which brings together thousands of people in a fun-filled celebration of heritage and community.
The Irvington Community Council is organizing the event.
