Attorneys for the man charged with killing an Indiana University student last year are asking for a delay in his trial.
Prosecutors say Daniel Messel killed 22-year-old Hannah Wilson, who separated from her friends and planned to take a cab home.
Officers found her body in a rural area of Brown County. They also found the 49-year-old Messel's cell phone near her body along with other evidence.
The trial is set to start in June, but the judge is now considering a delay.
