ANDERSON, Ind. (Herald Bulletin) - The woman whose mother died covered in human and cat feces - and suffering with bed sores, pneumonia, septic shock - will spend the next nine years in prison.
According to our news gathering partners at The Herald Bulletin, the judge sentenced Katherine Harvey Monday.
Delores Crowley, 94, died earlier this year while in her daughter's care.
Harvey says the the home they were living in had no running water and she was also suffering from illnesses and depression.
