INDIANAPOLIS — An accident on the near east side of Indianapolis toppled an ambulance onto its side Sunday night.
According to police reporting systems, just before 11 p.m. on Dec. 15, officers responded to a department vehicle accident with injury at the intersection of East Michigan Street and North Oriental Street.
13News sent a crew to the scene and saw three cars had been involved in the crash, one of which was an ambulance that had become inverted.
As of the publication of this story, IMPD has not responded to 13News' questions to confirm injuries or share details of the accident.
