LOGANSPORT, Ind — Five people were hospitalized after being electrocuted while swimming in a pool in Logansport Sunday afternoon.
Around 2:35 p.m. Aug. 25, officers, fire and medical personnel responded to a residence in the 2600 block of High Street Road, near 26th Street and Davis Road, just south of the Eel River in the northeastern part of the city.
Two adults and three juveniles were injured in the accident. Police told 13News the incident involved a pinched wire between a ladder and the wall of the pool.
Police said two of the juveniles were taken to different hospitals for further treatment.
LPD says they found no signs of criminal activity during the investigation.
