FRANKFORT, Ind. (WTHR) — Police arrested two Clinton County Jail inmates and one of the inmates mother's Thursday after an investigation into narcotics trafficking at the jail.
Inmates 27-year-old John Henry Scott and 28-year-old Brad Ray and Ray's 60-year-old mother Pamela Ray have been arrested for drug crimes. The inmates face charges for dealing in meth and trafficking. Pamela Ray faces charges for dealing and possession of meth in addition to trafficking.
Police investigated for one week before making the arrests.
The Clinton County Prosecutor's Office will make formal charges.
