1 package of “Grand” buttermilk biscuits (8)
Filling:
2 cups ricotta
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup parmesan
½ cup fresh herbs (basil and oregano)
½ teaspoon
1 egg
Combine all ingredients. Place biscuit between plastic and roll into a flat circle. Divide dough into eight parts and place 1 part in the center of one biscuit and fold. Place on cookie sheet fold side down and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes until lightly brown. Top with marinara.
