FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WTHR) - We're learning new information about the woman arrested in this week's Amber Alert out of Fort Wayne.

There were active warrants for 29-year-old Amber Pasztor's arrest in at least two cases before this incident - one for violating a protective order and the other for failing to comply with the sentence in a criminal trespassing case.

Monday, she was due in court on the trespass case, and she was charged with a new invasion of privacy case for violating the protective order.

In August, she pleaded guilty to criminal trespass and was sentenced to 20 hours of community service and to stay away from a Fort Wayne address. She was also sentenced to a year in jail, but that time was suspended.

She is currently involved in a custody case where the grandparents are trying to gain custody of the little boy (not believed to be either of the children found dead Monday).

Pasztor has a long criminal history. In 2005, she pleaded guilty to being a minor drinking alcohol. In 2009 and 2010, she was charged with battery. She admitted guilt in one case and reached a plea agreement for disorderly conduct in the other. In 2006, she pleaded guilty to driving under the influence causing bodily injury. She also has a long list of driving cases, including at least eight where she did not have a valid license.

She was evicted from an address on Forest Drive in Fort Wayne in July.

Pasztor now faces two counts of murder in the Amber Alert case, according to WISE-TV, our NBC station in Fort Wayne. The Elkhart County Coroner ruled seven-year-old Liliana Hernandez and six-year-old Rene Pasztor died of asphyxiation.

The man police had also been looking for after the Amber Alert, Frank Macomber, was found shot to death early Tuesday morning in Fort Wayne. That case is being investigated as a homicide. Authorities say his death is believed to have happened before the Amber Alert abduction, but Pasztor and Macomber did know each other.
