Terre Haute, Aug 11 - An inmate at the federal prison near Terre Haute was killed during an assault at the prison.
Prison officials say 49-year-old Rocky Halsey died Wednesday night at the maximum security prison. Halsey was serving a 24-year sentence on drug and gun convictions.
The cause of death was not released pending an autopsy. The FBI is investigating.
