Frank (Jere Burns) decides that his dating days are over, only to have Jake (Mark Feuerstein) trick him into going out with the shows guest zoologist, Erika (guest star Amy Farrington). When his plan back fires, Jake is caught in his own cage of lies.
Elsewhere, Penny (Constance Zimmer) and Gavin (Matt Letscher) take delight in their own lies, when they discover a way to get free coffee -- but ultimately they end up turning on each other.
