INDIANAPOLIS (TEGNA/AP) — Italian music icon Andrea Bocelli will perform a special concert on Easter Sunday from an empty Duomo cathedral in Milan, Italy.
The performance will be streamed on Bocelli's YouTube channel at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, April 12.
"On the day in which we celebrate the trust in a life that triumphs, I'm honored and happy to answer 'Sì' to the invitation of the city and the Duomo of Milan," Bocelli said in a statement.
Bocelli has released 16 studio albums and has recorded duets with Celine Dion ("The Prayer"), Sarah Brightman ("Time to Say Goodbye") and Mary J. Blige (What Child Is This").
