A local mother-daughter duo will stay in the HGTV spotlight for another year.

"Good Bones", featuring Karen Jensen and her daughter, Mina Starsiak, has been renewed for a second season, according to HGTV's website. The house-flipping team, known locally as Two Chicks and a Hammer, are only halfway through their first season, but the network gave them the green light for a second Tuesday.

House flipping started as a hobby in 2007 when Mina graduated from Indiana University without any job prospects. She bought a home, fixed it up and sold it. Her mom, an attorney, joined in. Now, it's what they do for a living.

WTHR's Scott Swan visited Jensen and Starsiak last summer after news of their show was first announced. At the time, they said, "We'll be TV stars next year, maybe. Right now, we're just working our butts off to make a TV show."

They certainly appear on the road to doing just that.
