INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — If you want to see the hit Broadway show "Hamilton" in Indianapolis, you'd better act fast.
Tickets will be going on sale to the public Thursday, Oct. 17 at 10 a.m. for the Dec. 10-29 shows.
You can get tickets at the Old National Centre Box Office and online at Ticketmaster.com.
There is a maximum purchase limit of eight tickets per household. Prices will range from $75 to $199 with a select number of $350 and $400 premium seats available for all performances.
"Hamilton" is the story of America's Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary.
The debuted on Broadway in 2015 and has taken musical theater by storm ever since. In 2016, the show was nominated for 16 Tony Awards — winning 11 of them. The show also won the Grammy Award for best musical theater album, and Lin-Manuel Miranda won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama for writing the show.
