Rikki was recognized Thursday night at the Clay County School Board meeting with a special honor and certificate from Superintendent David Broskie. Ridgeview High School shared the accolade on its Facebook page.
"Congratulations to Class of 2024 Rikki Blaylock for her recognition at last night’s School Board meeting," the Facebook post states.
