INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - The victim of a road rage shooting near downtown Indianapolis earlier this month has died, as his family continues to look for justice.
Reginald Hendricks was shot November 14 on Michigan Street as he and his girlfriend were out looking for a new home.
"Every day for two weeks has been terrible for the family, my sister and brother-in-law," said Nikki Kelley, Hendricks' aunt.
But this Monday was the worst of all the bad days.
"Today was hard," Kelley said. "They turned off his life support today."
Hendricks and his girlfriend were at Michigan Street near Interstate 65 when someone fired shots from a red Nissan Altima. The gunshots struck Hendricks' van. He was in the head.
"It's hard. People are angry, sad. It's my brother an sister's only child," said Kelley. "This man took their only child from them. He was a great kid."

Police say the suspect in the red Nissan is a white male in his mid-30s with a full red beard and mustache. His car was caught on business security cameras fleeing the scene after the shooting.
"Someone knows something," Kelley said. "He has told someone. Someone has seen his car. He's got to have a conscience to come forward, turn himself in, or someone who knows him, turn him in."
Reginald's family says he loved writing rap music and lyrics. He went by the name "Self Made" and was training in auto body repair and had big dreams.
"His smile would light up the whole room," Kelley said.
Now, police hope someone recognizes the red suspect car. There is a reward in the case through Crime Stoppers. If you have information, call 317-262-TIPS.
