INDIANAPOLIS — A woman is dead after a shooting on Indianapolis' west side Saturday.
Officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 700 block of North Concord Street, southeast of North Tibbs Avenue and 10th Street, around noon.
There they located a woman who had been shot, and she was pronounced dead. On June 26, the Marion County Coroner's Office identified the woman as 19-year-old Samanta Yaqueline Lucas.
Police did not release any other details on the circumstances of the shooting.
