LAFAYETTE (WTHR) - A Tippecanoe County man is under arrest on charges that he murdered his wife.
50-year-old Patrick Elliott is accused of killing his 47-year-old wife, Donita, last Tuesday.
Police say he admitted to shooting her in an initial interview after the shooting. He claimed self-defense.
But, after talking to Patrick Elliott again today, officers arrested him and charged for murder.
