INDIANAPOLIS — Police are investigating a shooting critically injured one person Monday evening.
According to a police department spokesperson, IMPD officers were called to a report of a shooting around 9 p.m. in the 2000 block of Fernway Street, which is near 19th Street and Hillside Avenue.
Officers they found the victim and escorted them to Methodist Hospital, the spokesperson said.
The victim was reported to be in critical condition.
Police haven't shared any information about a suspect or motive in the case.
