CONNERSVILLE, Ind. — A Connersville man is facing drug charges after police say they found a marijuana dispensary in his home.
Officers arrested 44-year-old Paul Parsley Thursday, Nov. 14 after executing a search warrant at his home on Hickory Drive.
Inside the house, police found various strains of leaf marijuana and THC products. Some of the products were packaged to look like cereal or candy brands. Police also located hallucinogenic mushrooms, methamphetamine and nearly $7,800 in cash, the Fayette County Sheriff's Department said in a post on Facebook.
The department said the seizure included:
- 16.95 punds of marijuana
- 215 grams of psilocybin mushrooms
- 98 THC edible products
- 87 THC wax products
- 1534 pre-rolled marijuana cigarettes
- 1366 THC vape devices
- 5.5 grams of methamphetamine
- 2 loaded 9mm handguns
- $7.782 in cash
Parsley is being held without bond in the Fayette County Jail on several felony charges, including:
- Dealing in a Controlled Substance
- Serious Violent Felon in Possession of a Firearm
- Dealing in Methamphetamine
- Dealing in Marijuana (2 counts)
