INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead after a shooting Friday night on Indianapolis' east side.
IMPD said officers responded to the 1500 block of North Arlington Avenue, which is just south of East 16th Street, on a report of a person shot just before 8:30 p.m. Nov. 8.
When officers arrived, they found 26-year-old Frederick Martin in the parking lot with gunshot injuries. Martin was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police have not shared information about a possible suspect or motive at this time.
