INDIANAPOLIS — One man is dead after being found shot in a car on Indy's east side overnight Monday.
At around 12:35 a.m., IMPD officers responded to a report of a person shot in the 8200 block of Roy Road, near 30th Street and Post Road.
When police arrived on scene, they found an adult man sitting in the drivers seat of a car who had been shot.
Officers say neighbors reported hearing arguing just moments before shots were fired. IMPD says there is no known suspect or motive so far, but insists there is no danger to the neighborhood.
