(NOTE: 13News does not name suspects until charges have been filed by prosecutors.)

Monday afternoon, Fishers police reported they had received a call for a peeping Tom in the women’s locker room at the YMCA.

Authorities reported they were able to track the man as their suspect through an investigation and working with the YMCA. As officers followed up at the YMCA on Tuesday, someone called 911 to report that a male was looking in the showers.

Officers entered the facility and arrested the man, who reportedly confessed to being in the women’s locker room.

The Hamilton County Prosecutor’s Office will make final charging decisions.
