INDIANAPOLIS — One person is dead in a shooting on the near northeast side of Indianapolis.
The shooting happened in the 2400 block of E. 35th St. around 10:30 p.m. Monday near North Keystone Avenue.
IMPD found the victim, an adult male, down on the street with an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police haven't released any information about a suspect or a motive but said they believed it was an isolated incident.
