INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) - One person has died following a shooting on the east side of Indianapolis.
Police were called to the 6100 block of Nimitz Drive, near E. 21st Street and N. Arlington Avenue, around 6 p.m. Friday.
When officers arrived, they found an adult male victim down on a driveway.
The victim was transported to a hospital but later died.
Police have a description of a suspect vehicle but have not released that information.
A witness is said to be cooperating with investigators.
