INDIANAPOLIS (WTHR) — A woman caught on surveillance video attacking her neighbors with a yard sign, is now under arrest.
In that video, Vicki New can be heard saying, "Touch me and I will kill ya."
Metro police tell us she was arrested today.
Jail records show she is being held on trespassing and battery charges.
The prosecutor's office says the case is under investigation.
Some people living in New's Pike Township neighborhood say she has been threatening and confronting others for years.
Yesterday, New told us that her neighbors point lights and cameras into her home and spit on her front porch.
New said she and her husband are selling their home and intend to move out of the area.
