HANCOCK COUNTY (WTHR) — The Sheriff's Department in Hancock County has made a major drug bust.
It all started when deputies stopped a driver for following too closely to other cars and making unsafe lane changes.
The driver, George West, was arrested for dealing meth, resisting arrest causing injury, disarming an officer and battery on an officer.
The passenger, Ashley Livingston, was arrested for felony dealing meth.
Officers then got a warrant for West's home and found found guns, a pound of heroin, a half pound of methamphetamine, and trafficking tools.
West is a convicted felon from California that was living in Indianapolis under a fake identity as Brandon Young.
