INDIANAPOLIS — Police say 24-year-old Tanner Vandeman, of Franklin, was caught filming a woman changing inside a dressing room at a Kohl's on Southport Road Thursday night.
13News spoke to the victim over the phone who said she confronted the suspect and waited with him until police arrived. Court records show this isn't the first time Vandeman has been accused of a similar crime.
Last month, he was charged with the same felony for an incident in July at the Greenwood Park Mall.
Court documents accuse Vandeman of filming a 14-year-old girl changing in a Forever 21 dressing room. The girl allegedly caught him filming her and confronted him.
Court documents show the girl and her mother took Vandeman's phone until police arrived. He was charged with voyeurism in this case on Jan. 24.
Thursday's victim told 13News she also confronted the man after seeing a phone under the door of her dressing room.
Vandeman was again charged with felony voyeurism Friday.
He is being held on a $500 cash bond at the Marion County jail and is due in court Monday morning Feb. 19.
