SEYMOUR, Indiana — A Jackson County man has been charged with practicing dentistry without a license after an investigation by the Seymour Police Department.

The police department said in a social media post that the investigation began after officers responded to a medical call Saturday, Sept. 28. The officers gathered information, which led them to get a search warrant for a location in The Village Green Mobile Home Park, near South Obrien Street and South Park Drive.

"During the search of the location, patrol officers located numerous dental instruments, medications and rogue dental instruments," Seymour PD said in a statement on social media.

Officers arrested 31-year-old Fredy P. Felipe-Pascual, of Seymour, and he was taken to the Jackson County Jail. Online court records indicate Felipe-Pascual has been charged with practicing dentistry without a license, a felony.

Felipe-Pascual was previously charged with practicing dentistry without a license in March 2024.
