INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis man is accused in a rape reported by a Bloomington woman.
Indiana State Police in Bloomington said a woman contacted them saying she was raped while in Indianapolis.
Police said the alleged sexual assault happened at an apartment in August.
Troopers began interviewing people, which led them to a 34-year-old suspect.
An arrest warrant was issued, and the suspect was arrested May 21 in Noblesville on two counts of rape and one for sexual battery.
The Marion County Prosecutor's Office charged him with the same counts.
