INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating after a person was shot during an apparent attempted robbery on Indianapolis' near northeast side Thursday afternoon.
Shortly before 5 p.m. Nov. 9, officers responded to the 2800 block of Caroline Avenue, near North Keystone Ave and East 30th Street, for a report of a person shot.
Officers located a male victim who was described by IMPD as "stable."
Detectives preliminarily believe the shooting happened during an attempted robbery, and two people were detained by officers, police said.
Friday morning, IMPD announced an arrest of a 32-year-old woman for her alleged role in the incident.
