INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating after a man was found fatally shot at his near west Indianapolis home Thursday afternoon.
Around 1 p.m. May 30, officers responding for a death investigation in the 400 block of Haugh Street, near West Michigan Street and North Tibbs Avenue, found an unresponsive man inside his home, police said.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene, and it was discovered he had been shot.
Homicide detectives responded to begin an investigation.
The Marion County Coroner's Office will identify the man once family has been notified.
