INDIANAPOLIS — One person has died following a shooting on Indy's east side Sunday night.
According to IMPD, around 10:38 p.m. on Oct. 27, officers were called to the 2900 block of East Brookside Avenue, near Interstate 70 and North Rural Street on Indy's east side, on a report of a person shot.
When officers arrived, they found one person who had been shot in an alleyway. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
