INDIANAPOLIS — IMPD is investigating after a man was found shot to death on the city's west side Sunday night.
Officers responded to reports of a person shot just before 10 p.m. in the 550 block of North Tremont Street and found the man lying unconscious near the street.
Medics pronounced him dead at the scene. The Marion County Coroner's Office identified him as 21-year-old Kerry Winfrey III.
